Confidentiality Agreement

Terms and Agreements

• We agree that the confidential information provided or conveyed to concerning the listed business is made available by Elite Business Brokers Pty Ltd for the purpose of considering, advising on, and/or evaluating the business for sale only.
• We undertake that they will not use the confidential information provided for any other purpose than stated in clause 1 above without the consent of Elite Business Brokers Pty Ltd.
• We undertake not to disclose the Confidential information provided to any other party, nor publish, use, reproduce, or copy the confidential information, without the prior consent of Elite Business Brokers Pty Ltd.
• We agree that Elite Business Brokers Pty Ltd has introduced us to the above nominated business and agree not to affect in anyway the payment of commission to the business broker.
• We undertake to maintain effective security measures to protect the confidential information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
• On the request of the disclosing party, we undertake to deliver up all the confidential information provided by the disclosing party within 14 days.
• We acknowledge that any breach of the terms and conditions of this agreement may result in legal action.
• We agree that any further businesses requested are subject to these conditions.
• We agree not to speak to the staff or owners of the businesses without prior approval of Elite Business Brokers Pty Ltd.
